Each of item showcased in will have variants of return period. All product/item mentioned in our website should be checked for its respective or specific return period. Kindly verify it and make sure the product’s return period before submitting the order.

If you have found product is physically broken or faulty one while opening, or the appearance/dimension/color/material of the product ordered differs from delivered, or part/accessories missing are acceptable under return policy. Some of the items which you have cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page or contact our support desk to know about the list of non-returnable items.

Once the item/product is delivered back to us, we usually take 10-15 business days to imitate the refunds. Of the return request or refund is not initiated from our end, within 2 -3 business days, the you can contact the seller by email or call.

Return Eligibility

The above-mentioned criteria are applicable along with the below return policy note

  • The product should be unused
  • MRP Tag, Warranty Card and other tags should be available
  • Invoice/purchase order copy should be available
  • Product should be returned within return period mentioned. Return period changes between products

The aforesaid policy is applicable for most of the items you buy from that are within return window. But few products come up with non-returnable policy.

  • If product falls under non-returnable policy, product cannot be accepted return unless it is with exceptional scenario

Note: Exceptional Scenario is if the product is physically smashed or faulty one while opening, or the appearance/size/color of the product ordered differs from delivered, or part/accessories missing are acceptable under return policy.

  • Product should be returned within 10-15 business days from delivery

How can I return a Product?

Step1 : Initial return request

  • Login to Your Account in
  • Go to My Orders
  • Select the Product you want to return
  • Click on Return or Replacement with a valid reason and supporting photograph
  • Click Submit button


Step2 : Sharing information about Pick-Up

  • Our representative will call you within 48 hours (Saturday, Sunday and Government Holidays are exceptional) to ensure date of pickup


Step 3 : Pick-Up

  • Return the product to our representative which comes under return policy mentioned above

Guidelines for returning a product/item

  • Your address and the address on item you wish to return must be same
  • If the return request is not qualified/eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return choice will be given.
  • Once the product is received from your end, you will, in accordance with refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
